PHOTO LOCATION STORY
General:
Today I will show you one of my favorite photo location near the place I grew up. It is the river Elbe. The Elbe is one of the major rivers of Central Europe. It originates in the northwestern Czech Republic before traversing much of Germany and flowing into the North Sea. Its total length has been given as 1,091 kilometers or 678 miles. There are many fantastic photo shooting location but I want to show you one that only a few people know. It is near Heinrichsberg.

How to find it?
Okay first you have to reach Heinrichberg. The next big city is Magdeburg. When you are passing the town sign you always have to drive straight! Even when the streets gets very bad. You have to drive a little part through a small forest and than you will reach the river. Here you can park your car and start your walk.

What can you photograph?
Right at the "parking area" you can photograph some spits. In former times a ferry was starting from here. Often you can see fishermen here. (Photo 1)
And we often have flood and so you can see tree standing in water and the flooded spits. (Photo 2)
Than you can follow the path to the left side. You are folowing the river. So you can make great photos of the river on your right side and his surrounding on your way. (Photo 3 - 6)
On the left side you come along some fields. (photo 7)
When you come a long a path that is leading to the left you can follow it and find the dike (photo 8) and a little forest. (photo 9 -11)
